Foot Reflexology

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph. Special consideration and treatment modifications are made in case of compromised lymphatic system.

This specialized massage supports healing after breast or chest surgery, such as post-cancer treatment or gender-affirming procedures. It focuses on reducing the appearance of scar tissue, alleviating pain, and improving lymphatic drainage to decrease swelling and promote recovery. Gentle scar tissue massage is designed to reduce tightness and discomfort. Light pressure and soothing strokes are utilized to promote flexibility, improve circulation, and soften scars.

Therapeutic Touch (TT)

Therapeutic Touch is a holistic therapy focused on the intentional and compassionate use of universal energy to enhance balance and well-being. By utilizing the human energy field, TT aims to harmonize energy flow and support the healing process. You will sit or lie comfortably while the practitioner moves quietly around you, working within your body’s energy field.  Some light, gentle touch may be included. 24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
